Join other members of Christ Church as we seek to find stillness in our mind by using our breath and gentle movement with our body.
Linking a quiet mind with a focus on the breath enables us to move our body with purpose and ease. It also provides a time where we can find inner balance and peace.
We will discover gentle yoga poses that help us improve balance and flexibility. Lastly, we will begin and end our class with prayer.
The class is led by Jeannette McDonald a member of Christ Church and a certified yoga instructor.
No experience is needed to benefit from this class just bring an open mind and a yoga mat. (There is no fee for the classes.)
