Facility Use

Christ Church is pleased to make the facilities of the parish available to outside groups and organizations. 

To request our facilities, please follow these steps:

  1. Please read each section of the Facilities-Use-Policy-2024 carefully.
  2. Complete the Facilities Use Application (click here for the online form).
    The online form will automatically be forwarded to a church representative. You will be notified promptly as to whether your request has been approved.
  3. If approved, then fill out and sign the attached Release Agreement.
  4. Scan and email the Agreement at least one month prior to the event to Darla Watt office@christchurchexeter.org in the church office.
