Sunday School for Children and Teens

2024/25 Sunday School Program year: Sunday school will begin September 15, 2024 in the downstairs corner classroom Room 7  at 9:45 a.m. for children ages 5-8.  For children ages 9-12 class will begin at 9:00 a.m. 

On most Sundays between September and May we will offer classes for children ages 5-8, and ages 9-12.

Child care will also be available by 9:30 a.m. for ages 4 and younger in the Child Care Room. 

Following class, children will then enter the worship service to join their family at the sharing of the Peace.  

We use the curriculum, Feasting on the Word.  This curriculum is lectionary based, meaning the children will be getting the same Bible reading(s) read in church.    

Registration runs throughout the school year.

Children are always welcome in the worship service throughout. 

Children’s Chapel: We are bringing back Children’s Chapel for 2024-2025! Children’s Chapel will be offered during the first half of the 10 AM Sunday service on the fourth Sunday of the month in our side chapel. This will be a worship service centering our kids’ participation and experience that will be their own liturgy of the word, including readings, a kids’ sermon, prayers, and songs. Parents and caregivers will be welcome to attend with their kids but are not required to attend (we will plan on having 2+ adults available at all times to adequately supervise the group!)
