Prayer Requests
St James Epistle says, “.. pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective.”
Christ Church is a community that prays. Our prayers are said in community and privately from the depths of our hearts. We are strengthened by the supportive and healing prayers of others on our behalf.
All requests for prayer are listed in the published prayer list for one month. If you wish for continued prayer, please notify the church office. We pray for congregation members on Sundays during the Prayers of the People and publish a prayer list in the Sunday bulletin.
Before adding someone to the publisher’s prayer list, please ask their permission.
“Where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.”
Healing Prayer Ministry
The Healing Prayer Ministry is committed to helping people who are in need not only of a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, Our Lord, and Savior but of Jesus, The Healer.
Each Sunday, the Healing prayer ministers are available during the Eucharist at the Healing Station.
Please tell your healing minister if you have a specific prayer need and if you would like a laying on of hands, just prayers or both.
The Healing Prayer team is passionate about people personally experiencing and awakening to God’s love, healing, and blessing in every area of their lives. Our mission is to be available to pray when and where needed, believing that Jesus still heals today. Out of our own miraculous healings, we pray in faith for others. If you are interested in learning more about this ministry, please contact Mark Pendleton.
