Christ Church is pleased to make the facilities of the parish available to outside groups and organizations.
To request our facilities, please follow these steps:
- Please read each section of the Facilities-Use-Policy-Aug26.
- Complete the online Facilities Use Application.
The online form will automatically be forwarded to a church representative. You will be notified promptly as to whether your request has been approved. - If approved, then sign BOTH the Release Agreement AND the Asbestos-containing material (ACM) Awareness Form.
